No, you do not need to physically be with your animal at the time of the session.
Depending on how many questions you have or if you feel there is a lot of history to uncover,
below is a guideline.
The 40 minute session works well for 1-2 animals
The 60 minute session works well for 1-4 animals
Yes. I work with living and deceased animals.
Not at this time.
Yes. Jennifer will call you at your scheduled time on the phone number you provided. It is a regular
phone call.
Sessions are scheduled in EST, eastern standard time. Please refer to a world clock for your
time zone conversion.
Please send pictures as soon as possible. They must be received prior to the appointment.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policies
Your scheduled session time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule
or cancel your session, a 48 hours notice is required. You may do so by emailing
jennifernicolella27@gmail.com.
Sessions may only be rescheduled once.
If less than 48 hours notice is given the session will be considered forfeited, with no opportunity
to reschedule or be refunded. If a true emergency occurs, please email me as soon as
possible.
Cancellations or no shows on the day of the appointment will not be refunded or rescheduled.
