Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policies

Your scheduled session time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please give us 48 hours or more notice so we are able to fill your time with another client. You can do so by emailing jennifernicolella27@gmail.com

Only 1 rescheduling is permitted.

If less than 48 hour notice is given the session will be considered forfeited, with no opportunity to reschedule or be refunded.

If a true emergency occurs, please email me and in my sole discretion, I will determine whether your appointment may be rescheduled; otherwise, it is forfeited.

Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the appointment will not be refunded.
